Sussex haybales (II) | SOLD

This is the second painting I did (see ‘Sussex haybales’ for the first) from the same vantage point, but looking in a different direction. I came across the view on the way back home from a camping trip we’d been on. The view is near Hamsey, outside of Lewes and there was something quintessentially English about it. It’s always reminded me of the last glorious days of summer.
