On the anniversary of the great Edward Seago’s passing, this day in 1974, I thought I’d just post my own humble tribute to the artist that continues to have such an influence on my own artistic sensibilities and aspirations. More than anyone else, he’s the artist that I return to again and again in the hope that understanding his approach, and perseverance with technique, will continue to bear fruit in my painting.
